Week 1 Foundations (Feb 27)

Introduction to Reiki, its guiding principles and the Level I Reiki Attunement.

Week 2 Energy Work (Mar 6)

Understanding Reiki fundamentals, the concept of the Light Body and how to use Reiki to work with energy fields.

Week 3 Practical Application (Mar 13)

Reiki healing techniques with hands-on practice, instruction, support and guidance.

Week 4 Integration & Tools (Mar 20)

Continued exploration of advanced methods, the use of Reiki tools, with additional hands-on practice.
