I’m Kelly! Your Multidimensional Mentor, High-Vibe Healer
& Ambassador For The Starseed Council Of Light.
Prior to launching Restore The Heart, I manifested my dream career in the music industry working for a number of top companies in the biz including Sony Music, Universal Music Group, Island/Def Jam and ICM Talent.
As a music publicist for 10+ years, I had the pleasure of spearheading press campaigns for an array of developing artists to Grammy Award-winning musicians. My passion for music and marketing offered me the opportunity to work closely with recording artists, bringing forth their vision to life and into the marketplace.
My love for music lives on today through my work as a healer, channel and mentor, where you can find me incorporating sound healing tools in my restorative healing sessions with my clients.
Let's take a little trip down memory lane…
my Story
It was 2012 when I first discovered spirituality. I had always identified with being spiritual rather than religious, however, I wasn’t exactly sure what that meant or how to articulate it.
At the time, I became enamored with the teachings of Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith, Gabby Bernstein and Eckhart Tolle, to name a few. A coworker of mine also recommended for me to read Paramahansa Yogananda’s book, An Autobiography of Yogi, which I credit to this day for awakening something deep inside of me.
I started to open up more to meditation, practicing present moment awareness, as well as mastering a few Abraham Hicks techniques. Intuitively, I applied a number of energy clearing protocols to release stagnant energy from my field and align with my vision.
With my newfound (spi)rituals in place, I started to perceive noticeable shifts in my reality and my overall state of well-being. My life became an explosion of synchronicities — however, the more things magically fell into place, the more I could feel myself slipping away from the sacred practices that initiated the alignment in the first place.
I fell back asleep, so to speak, separated once again from my inner guidance system and flow of the Universe. The best way for me to describe how I was feeling at this point of my life was unfulfilled.
At the start of 2019, the unexpected happened and I was laid off from my position at work.
Dark Night of the soul
I spent months wrestling with feelings of rejection, embarrassment, betrayal, inadequacy and sadness. My sense of self-worth was shattered and I became triggered into what's known in spirituality as the ‘dark night of the soul.’
At my lowest point vibrationally, I sank into isolation mode and my saving grace was when I rediscovered meditation and present moment awareness. I returned to my cycle of 2012 all over again and became a student of spirituality, but this time felt energetically different.
I was obsessed with all things spiritual and the more I surrendered to the process, the more I could feel spirit guiding me. I felt like I was on a path towards the unknown, picking up bread crumbs along the way. I could sense that I was being groomed or prepared for something really big.
Then one day I had an Earth-shattering ego death
and awakened to who I truly am.
My Spiritual Awakening
It was as if the world stopped and I had this profound moment of clarity. I observed myself detach from my ego and merge with my divine light within.
I could feel the electromagnetic currents of energy, sound vibration and interconnectedness of all living things.
I could see through the illusions and holographic projections, my entire reality dematerialized in front of me and my belief structures suddenly melted away.
I remembered that I AM Source energy, a sovereign being of light and a divine creator.
I remembered that I do not need anything in my physical reality to validate my expression, or who I AM, because I AM enough and I AM always enough.
And I awakened to these truths:
→ That the Universe is made up of infinite energy and vibration.
→ That we create our reality through our vibrational frequency which is influenced by our thoughts, beliefs and subconscious patterns.
→ That releasing attachment to what's no longer serving us opens up space to receive miracles beyond measure.
→ That fear, separation, scarcity, victimization and death are illusions we give our power away to and that unconditional love, unity, abundance and everlasting sovereignty is the way.
After these realizations, I knew my potential was infinite – not finite, and I no longer resonated with the hustle-mentality of a 9-5.
I was on a mission to align with my mission, my purpose; and what was once the darkest point of my life turned out to be my greatest gift and triumph.
SHIFTING FROM MUNDANE TO MAGNETIC, Fearful To Fearless
Life Hasn't Always Been This Magical. It's Taken Years Of Vibrational Mastery & Deconstructing Collective Programs.
Let’s be real. Awakening can be lonely AF!
At first, you’re blissed out riding the wave of unconditional love and then suddenly the density of this Earthly plane pulls you right back down to…well, Earth.
Without any awakened souls in my reality who could relate to my experiences or newfound beliefs, I felt completely isolated.
I knew in order to shift I needed raise my vibrational frequency, so I started to use more discernment by creating healthier boundaries and detaching from what was no longer serving my greatest and highest good.
I became extremely committed to doing the inner work, healing shadowy aspects of myself and following solely the guidance of my heart, even if this meant facing fears and stepping outside of my comfort zone.
Shortly after awakening, I was introduced to Reiki and answered the call to mentor with a Reiki Master.
"When the student IS READY, the teacher appears.”
To my surprise, Reiki came very natural for me and my psychic abilities were blasted wide-open.
While attuning to the higher frequencies, I could feel the flow of life force energy pulsating through my body and every cell of my being buzzing at a higher rate. I felt euphoric and I experienced an even greater sense of oneness with All That There Is.
Cultivating my skills as a master healer and quantum mentor, I quickly launched Restore The Heart and witnessed my clients breakthrough traumas, heal emotional wounds and anchor into higher timelines. I knew I found my calling and I was eager to share more of my divine gifts with the world!
My starseed awakening
In the summer of 2020, I stumbled across a YouTube video that showcased my angel number '1217' prominently in the thumbnail.
The video was about lifepath numbers and I learned that day that I was a 'Master 11,' which meant I was a starseed here to awaken and evolve human consciousness. It was the first time I'd heard of the term 'starseed' before, and let's just say I was intrigued!
I started to learn more about starseed origins, dimensional realities and I opened myself up to receiving messages from my star families who were teaching heart-centeredness and unity consciousness.
Secretly, I've always been fascinated by ETs, crop circles and UFO/UAP sightings, and I also had this inner knowing that advanced civilizations across the Universe were keeping tabs on us Earthlings. But I’d never actually considered the possibility of “spirit guides” being ETs too! This is when the intersection of extraterrestrials, interdimensional light beings and spirituality happened for me.
Throughout this part of my journey, I was also experiencing an excessive amount of synchronicities around my lifepath number 11. I realized my angel number '1217' added up to 11, that I was 38 yo at the time (3+8=11), that my husband and I happened to be celebrating 11 years together, and then it dawned on me the symbol for my horoscope sign, Gemini, was II too.
I was also seeing 11:11 everywhere, multiple times throughout the day and that’s when I learned about a mentorship program with a trance channel for the 7D Arcturian Council of Light. The 11:11 sequence was at the foundation of her container and I knew it was too precise of a sign for me to ignore.
embodying my divine service
This highly-advanced program of light catapulted me into an entirely new vibrational playground and timeline.
Memories of my multidimensional lifetimes started flooding back to the forefront of my awareness - lifetimes on Earth, in other star systems and as angelic & etheric beings in higher dimensions.
I started speaking light language and receiving holographic downloads from the Galactic Federation of Light.
My soul signature blueprint became activated and shortly thereafter I remembered my soul contract with the Starseed Council of Light (this incredible unfolding is a story for another time ☺︎).
During a 1:1 trance channel session with the 7D Arcturian Council of Light, I had an opportunity to inquire about my mission with the Starseed Council in which they shared how my soul frequency is a fractal of this collective consciousness. That I am here to be an open vessel to transmit their unique light codes and enlightened teachings through my heart portal.
They explained how I was here to awaken and activate starseeds into their divine soul missions for the New Earth, to create a high vibrational field that will initiate "the first line of awakening towards the masses." No pressure at all!!!
They also revealed that my mission is "very highly-revered and protected, with layers and layers of protection across all timelines and dimensions" for me to exercise my mission and activate others.
I started to co-create more consciously with the Starseed Council of Light, receiving frequency alignments to strengthen my telepathic abilities. I stepped into a deeper layer of my mission launching four mentorship programs the Starseed Council refers to as Restore The Heart's “Four Foundational Pillars of Light."
