Reiki Restore & Soundbath

A hands-on immersive journey through sound and Reiki.

Reiki and Sound are two forms of vibrational medicine that help to rebalance and harmonize the mind, body and spirit complexes. We will also harness the energy of the Fall Equinox which is still potent to bring ourselves into a state of balance.

We’ll start with a guided meditation to prepare you for a transformative healing experience.  Reiki energy will heighten the sensory experience of the sound bath elevating you to a more peaceful and relaxed state.
