Our oceans are restorative for a number of reasons – here’s 2!

One being that salt is extremely detoxifying.

It supports the release of impurities and also works as a stimulus for cell regeneration.

Another healing mechanism are the ocean waves.

The currents generate natural solfeggio frequencies which harmonize our bodies and calm our central nervous system, bringing us back into alignment.

With this ASMR reel, I’m sharing light codes from an Ocean Drum gifted to me in 2021.

After a healing session with a close friend, he sent it to me unexpectedly ~”thought you might like to add this to your collection of sound tools.” wink

I’m so grateful for this energetic exchange because the kind gesture really helped to inspire me to keep going!
